The house is fully equipped to comfortably accommodate little guests, so parents can travel light. You’ll find many comforts and amenities for a hassle-free and relaxing vacation: 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer means you can keep up with the kids laundry, and the fully-equipped kitchen has a sterilizer, bibs, cutlery, saucers and glasses for children. The spacious bedrooms are bright and soundproof, and can comfortably accommodate both adults and small guests, even with added beds in the room for those who prefer to sleep with parents. The large private sun terrace rooftop is the perfect spot for relaxing moments, in a serene spot overlooking the orange and lemons trees of Sorrento.

The house has been designed with families in mind, and is ideal for groups traveling with small children. The host can provide 2 baby kits including: a crib, baby stroller, highchair, baby bath, baby cutlery and plates, upon request. Things to Know

Minimum stay: 1 night. Safety notes: the property is located on the first and second floor of a small period building, with no elevator. The staircase to reach the first floor from the common courtyard is well lit, with 20 steps and a baby gate. There are the corner guards, stairs gate, outlet plugs and a changing table. Please note there is no bathtub. A car park area for up to 3 cars is a 1-minute walk from the house. No smoking. There is AC and central heating in every room, with an automatic fan that ensures a perfect air exchange for a comfortable and healthy environment. About the Location

The house is located in the hilltops of Sorrento, overlooking the sea, where you’ll be surrounded by fragrant gardens of lemons and oranges trees, in a slow-paced, authentic neighborhood. It’s tucked in the lush hillsides of Sant’Agnello, in Maiano village; 800 meters from the main square of Sant'Agnello, easily reachable on foot in 10 minutes, with a walk through the ancient streets of the village between period buildings and small craft shops. It’s just 2 kilometers from Sorrento’s main square, Piazza Tasso, which can be accessed via bus, or just one stop on Circumvesuviana train. The Amalfi Coast is around 1 hour south west of Naples.

Accommodation Details

Set over 1600 sqft, this two-storey house has 3 kingsize bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You’ll find spacious living areas, a panoramic roof top terrace, a modern kitchen and dining room with patio doors leading out onto a sunny garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for family needs, with an American coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, induction stove, pots, cutlery, and plates for all the guests. There’s a separate laundry room with 2 washing machines and a tumble dryer. On the top level, you'll find an awesome rooftop solarium, spanning over 750 sqft, with great views of the sea and even Mt. Vesuvius. It’s equipped with a gazebo, shower, lounge chairs, sun chairs, dining table and chairs and a Weber barbecue. The living room also boasts 2 comfortable sofabeds.

Sunny Scenes. The house has a warm, Italian family-style welcome. Informal and comfortable, the property has a soothing home-like atmosphere and beautiful views from all of the windows - the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The hosts have chosen white, bright and blue tones to create a sunny and light atmosphere, decorated with pops of yellow and blue to mirror the coastal location. We love the brilliant blue feature blocks of color, the contemporary neutral bathrooms and the curved doorway in the hall.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
