Kid & Coe, Inc. ("Kid & Coe", "we," "us," or "ours") provides this Privacy Policy because we know you care about how your information is collected, used, shared and retained. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected when you access our Website located at www.kidandcoe.com (the "Website"), or use the services that we make available via the Website from time to time (the "Services"). By visiting the Website or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your access to the Website and use of the Services is subject to the Terms of Service and consent to our collection, use, disclosure and retention of your Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise stated herein, all defined terms shall have the meaning assigned in the Terms of Use.
THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT; THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND USE.

CONTACT INFORMATION.
When you respond to a survey, contact us to receive technical support assistance or sign up to become a Host or a Guest, you will be asked to provide certain information which may include first name, last name, e-mail address, and a brief bio about yourself (if applicable) ("Contact Information"). The Contact Information is used to provide by our sales, support and Services teams to provide the requested Services or information, and to contact Hosts, and Guests for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future Services.
You may choose to sign-in using your Facebook account or any other third party social media account. By signing-in using your Facebook or any other third party social media account, you are authorizing Kid & Coe to collect, store, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any and all information that you have authorized Facebook, Inc. or any other social media company to provide to Kid & Coe. Such information may include your first and last name, unique identifier, e-mail address and picture.
GUEST INFORMATION.
Guests who wish to book an accommodation may be asked for additional information about their booking request which may include the number of children in their party and details about their trip ("Guest Information"). The Guest Information will be provided to the Host of the applicable property. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to request and obtain further evidence of identification from Hosts and/or Guests prior to accepting a property to the Site for listing or processing a booking request, as applicable. Our decisions regarding the adequacy of identification and acceptance of a property and/or booking shall be made solely at our discretion.
PROPERTY INFORMATION.
Hosts, who you wish to list a property for rent will also be asked to provide information about the property which may include address of the property, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, list of amenities, and other information about the property ("Property Information"). The Property Information is used to provide the Services, including but not limited to, listing the property for rent on the Website.
BILLING INFORMATION.
If you choose to book an accommodation as a Guest, purchase products and services from Kid & Coe, or as a Host offer your home or other properties for rent to prospective Guests, you will be required to provide your credit card, bank account information and other payment related information necessary to process your booking request or purchase (collectively, the "Billing Information"). Billing Information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor operating as our agent (See, Onward Transfers to Third Parties). Kid & Coe does not directly obtain or process any Billing Information.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION INFORMATION.
For identity verification purposes, you will be required to provide a Government ID, photograph(s), and other information necessary to verify your identity (collectively, the “Identity Verification Information”). Identity Verification Information is collected and processed by Onfido, our third-party identity verification provider operating as our agent (See, Onward Transfers to Third Parties). Kid & Coe does not directly obtain or process any Identify Verification Information.

ACTIVITY INFORMATION.

ONWARD TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES
Onward Transfer to Processors: Like many businesses, we hire other companies to perform certain business-related services. We may disclose personal information to certain types of third party companies but only to the extent needed to enable them to provide such services. The types of companies that may receive personal information and their functions are: data storage, hosting services, user identity verification, and payment processors. All such third parties function as our agents, performing services at our instruction and on our behalf pursuant to contracts which require they provide at least the same level of privacy protection as is required by this privacy policy and implemented by Kid & Coe. Onward Transfer to Controllers:
We have engaged Stripe to process payments, conduct analytics and provide other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services. We have engaged Onfido, a third party software provider, to carry out user identity verification. Onfido collects and processes data (including personal data) under its terms and conditions available at https://onfido.com/us/termsofuse/ and privacy policy available at https://onfido.com/privacy/.
You may opt out of having your personal information collected and/or processed by, or transferred to, Stripe and/or Onfido by notifying us at team@kidandcoe.com. In such event, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to process your payments and/or verify your identity using alternative means, but your decision to opt-out may limit your use of the Website, the Mobile App and/or our Platform.
OPT-IN TO CERTAIN ONWARD TRANSFERS.
We will not disclose your sensitive personal information to any third party without first obtaining your opt-in consent. When we provide this information regarding requested disclosure, we will include instructions for how to grant consent

BUSINESS TRANSFERS.

Any Content or personal information published on the Website may also appear in search engine results (such as Yahoo!, MSN, Google, Altavista, and other search engines) and in the cache of those search engines, in feeds and third party websites pursuant to cobranding agreements. We do not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users that visit the Website or use the Services. You acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to post, view and distribute communications, Content and personal information via the Website, Kid & Coe is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating thereto.
