About the Location

The apartments are located in Battery Park, known for its high-rises, cobbled streets and proximity to the New York Stock Exchange and the Financial District at the southern tip of Manhattan. The neighborhood is full of iconic monuments, expansive waterfront park area, stunning architecture and charming sidewalk cafes. There’s no street parking nearby but there is a paid parking lot a short walk away. Car hire is not essential and not recommended. The nearest subway stations are Bowling Green, Rector Street or Wall Street (all less than 5 minutes’ walk). LaGuardia or JFK airports are around 1 hour away by subway/train.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
We offer flexible cancellations for all bookings. Select the Flex Rate to cancel your booking up to 3 days before check-in and receive a full refund. For longer stays that are paid monthly, we require at least 30 days notice to cancel or modify without fees. In addition to the host’s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.

Down at the southwesterly tip of Manhattan, Battery Park City is close to Tribeca and the Financial District and has fantastic views of the Hudson River. It’s a much underrated place to stay, with riverside playgrounds, cycling and jogging tracks with views of Lady Liberty and attractions including South Street Seaport and the Staten Island Ferry.
