This sensational villa with a pool, walking distance from a sandy beach and a little village in northern Corfu, includes beautiful interiors and space to play. Well set up for a multi-family stay, there is a full kitchen and family-sized dining areas indoors and out. A welcome hamper contains local products and a few essentials (milk, juice, bread, butter, marmalade, cornflakes, coffee, tea etc) and a welcome brunch or dinner depending on your arrival can be provided to make a stay easy. The secluded, sandy beach of Almyros is 80m away, while Acharavi village's restaurants and watersports are a 15-minute stroll away.

Why Kids Love it

The swimming pool is ideal for kids with a depth of 0.60m-1.50m, and while it is not fenced, it is set away from the house. The property is close to the beach, ideal for even younger tots to walk. The villa also has a playground area with swings, slide and high bar, ping-pong table with rackets and balls, and darts. You can enjoy evenings with friends and family around the large BBQ area. There are plenty of toys and books for kids under 10. Organic bath products for parents and kids, slippers, bathrobes and hairdryer are provided.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 days. The villa is safe and secure. Note that there are no stair gates and the pool is set away from the house but not fenced. A cleaning service is provided twice a week. There is free WiFi access through the entire property. There is an outdoor space for parking at the villa - and car rental is advised. About the Location

This luxury villa is in the quiet region of Almiros close to Acharavi resort in northern Corfu. It is spread over 4500 sqm. Acharavi village is 1.5km away where you can find restaurants, pharmacies, medical center, doctors, watersports, bars and supermarkets. The nearest airport is 40km away, and the nearest ferry (running to Venice, Bari, Ancona, Trieste and more) is 40km away. Car rental is recommended and can be arranged by the hosts.

Accommodation Details

This modern villa is set over 2 floors and 270 sqm, and includes 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The ground floor includes a lounge-diner with open kitchen and TV and a snug lounge/office with single sofa bed. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (1 with 2 twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, and 2 with twin beds and a shared bathroom). Downstairs, there are 2 further bedrooms, each with kingsize beds and ensuite bathrooms. In the loft, there is a suite with a bedroom, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. There is another shared bathroom; all bathrooms are shower-only. All bedrooms have their own TV/SAT. Outside space includes a garden, covered dining area and swimming pool.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
