Why Kids Love it

Children will love the open and accessible layout, giving them plenty of space to play and explore. The step-free design allows for easy movement between the front terrace and the pool area, which can also be gated for added safety. The inviting heated pool is perfect for splashing around, while the nearby beaches offer calm, shallow waters ideal for younger swimmers. For little ones, a travel crib and quality mattress, high chair, and baby bath are available on request. The villa is also equipped with children’s TV and Netflix, for relaxed entertainment after a fun-filled day.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 7 days in Summer, with a Saturday changeover. In the low season, different arrival days may be possible by pre-arrangement only. Safety notes: parking is step-free but there are about 10 steps that lead to the main building. Pool heating is available for the cooler months. Car rental is necessary to get around the area. About the Location

Nestled in the quieter northern region of Corfu, the villa is perfectly situated for families looking to experience the island’s charm. The northeast coast is considered the most prestigious on the island, with stunning scenery, crystal-clear waters, and an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. Kalami Beach (once home to the writer Laurence Durrell) is just a 5-minute drive away: a peaceful spot with a gently sloping shore, ideal for children. The beachfront is lined with excellent restaurants and tavernas, offering delicious local cuisine with great views! The area also offers options for outdoor hiking trails and boat rentals if you want to explore the scenery. You'll find more dining and entertainment options in the vibrant village of Kassiopi, just 12 minutes away, featuring a mix of waterfront cafés, traditional tavernas and boutique shops. It’s around 1 hour away from the airport.

Accommodation Details

The villa is set over 2 floors. Each bedroom is fitted with quality bedding, individual AC units and floor-to-ceiling patio doors that open onto a veranda with serene views. The spacious living area is designed for relaxation, while the fully-equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare delicious local dishes. There are 2 luxury shower rooms, all located on the top floor. There is also a ground floor WC room with washing machine (no dryer) and an outdoor shower. The outdoor space is thoughtfully designed, with a step-free layout connecting the pool area to a stone-built BBQ on the front terrace. Full glass balconies enhance the sense of openness and ensure those fabulous views are constantly in sight.

Payment policy
Payment is taken as 30% on booking and 70% 8 weeks before arrival, or 100% on booking if the stay is less than 8 weeks away Additional Guest Environmental Tax 15€ per day applicable to all reservations, The host collects this money in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation policy
All cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total. For cancellations notified up to 8 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 8 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given. After that period any full or partial refund is contingent on the host's ability to rebook the nights cancelled. In such case the agreed amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.
