Located on a corner unit, this home has no neighbors to one side and gets great sunlight so the backyard is beautifully private.
Why Kids Love it
Kids will be amazed by these bunk rooms! Up to 4 children can share together in each of the children’s rooms, and the larger double-bunk room also has a play space with 2 arcade machines, tic-tac-toe, and other fun distractions for kids to enjoy. The property comes with a pack ‘n’ play, high chair, step stool, books, toys, children’s dinnerware and more. The house is perfectly set up for kids, with no breakables around, step stools in the bathrooms, plus children’s books and board games for extra family entertainment. It’s also less than 10 minutes walk to the sandy beach so even the youngest of kids can enjoy trips to the sea daily.
Things to Know
The house is set up with towels, toiletries, laundry facilities and cleaning supplies. A local host is available to assist you during your stay and on arrival. A golf cart is available to hire for an additional fee, on request, from a local supplier. Up to 2 dogs are welcome on request for an additional fee of $250. The lead guest must be 21 years of age. When you book this property, you’ll be asked to sign a separate guest agreement.
About the Location
The home is located less than 10 minutes walk from the sandy beach in Miramar Beach, Florida. It’s an easy golf cart cruise away from several good restaurant options or a short drive to outlets, golf courses, Gator Beach and Henderson Beach State Park. Destin is 15 minutes by car; Destin Fort Walton Airport is half an hour away. Mobile (AL) is 2 hours away by car; Tallahassee is 2.5 hours away.
Accommodation Details
The property has 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, set over 3 floors. Family meals are easy in the open plan kitchen/living room on the lower level. This floor also contains the smaller twin-over-twin bunk room (sleeping 4) and 1 kingsize room. Upstairs, there are 4 kingsize rooms, plus another kids room with double-over-double bunk beds (sleeping 4). The top floor houses the final kingsize room. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms.
Style Notes
Beside the seaside. This beachy, laid-back home is filled with cute coastal details. Soft blues, greens and yellows create a relaxing color palette to perfectly complement the location. We love the nautical theme wallpaper in the bunk room, the classic white wooden paneling and the framed watersport memorabilia in the living room.
