A stylish and contemporary duplex in West London, close to tube stations and within easy reach of Hyde Park and South Kensington. It sleeps 5-7. Parents will love this handy location - Earl’s Court Station is a 5-minute walk away, opening the doors to nearby South Kensington and Notting Hill. To the east are the attractions and business districts of Central London; while to the west you’ll find the gorgeous open spaces of Kew Gardens and Richmond. Enjoy morning coffee and pastries in the laid-back kitchen diner or head out for a family meal and one of Fulham Road’s fabulous restaurants.

Why Kids Love it

The apartment has a few toys and books for kids in the cute kids bedrooms, and they'll love sharing the twin room upstairs, with it's optional sliding door. It’s spacious enough for families of 5-7 and is a great location for older kids and teens who can stay in the outside studio. The museums of South Kensington are walkable (or 15 minutes by tube) and they’ll love a day out to Westfield White City, where there are heaps of family-friendly eateries, shops and cinemas. Kids of all ages will love well-heeled Holland Park (15 minutes’ walk) where there’s an adventure playground, cafes and the Design Museum.

Things to Know

This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home may accept pets on request. Please contact a sales team member for more information. This home is spread over two levels with no internal elevator. The master and second bedroom are on the lower-ground floor. The entrance to this home is on the ground floor, however there are several steps up from the street. There is scaffolding up on the building opposite this home. There are renovations taking place in the basement flat next door to this home. Some noise can be heard during normal working hours. The fireplace in this home is ornamental. There is limited storage in the third bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the study at the back of the garden: it can sleep two people but may be more comfortable for one. There is no bathroom and does not have any storage. The stairs in this home are steep and may not be suitable for toddlers or those with mobility issues. The third bedroom features a hidden sliding door that divides the room into two. About the Location

The apartment is located in Earl’s Court, bordered by Earl’s Court, West Brompton and West Kensington tube stations. This smart, well-connected West London neighbourhood is filled with leafy Victorian squares and traditional London pubs. Head to affluent South Kensington, just a ten-minute tube journey, to explore the capital’s finest cultural attractions, including the Natural History Museum, V&A and the Science Museum. Wander up to the Design Museum at Holland Park (15 minutes’ walk) or further still to the quirky street markets of Notting Hill (15 minutes by tube): Portobello Road is a treasure trove of little shops and bustling market stalls selling antiques, vintage fashion, and the area also has some of the best restaurants in the capital including The Ledbury and Core by Clare Smyth.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. The entrance level boasts a kitchen, living room and kids room with 2 single beds. The second level down has the primary bedroom, with kingsize bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There’s a second single kids room on this floor too, as well as another bathroom with shower. The outside studio building has an optional double sofabed - let the hosts know if this is required when booking.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Applicable to stays up to 60 nights: If guests need to cancel, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable. Applicable to stays of 60 nights or more: If guests wish to cancel, we refund 50% of the first 60 nights, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of arrival the first 60 booked days are non-refundable. During the stay, guests are able to cancel at any time within 30 days notice; the remaining nights of the stay will be refundable, however, the first 60 days will remain non-refundable. In addition to the hosts policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.
