This stunning unique villa is surrounded by natural parks, golf courses and beaches, just half an hour from Lisbon, Portugal. It sleeps 16 + 2. Design aficionados will love this space, with its quirky details, bold statement colors and luxurious spaces. It’s a great house to share with friends or another family and there’s enough room (both inside and outside) to keep everyone entertained. Spend your days surfing at the beach or swimming in the pool and take a private yoga or tatami lesson in the private gym (from a local ex-world champion, on request) before winding down with a big family meal in the beautiful backyard.
Why Kids Love it
Children and teens will be in awe of this super cool villa. It has a mini football field, basketball court, ping-pong table and pool outside, while indoors boasts a media room with Netflix and Apple TV and bedrooms with graffiti-style murals, connecting rooms for their friends or siblings, and fun bunk beds. There are beaches less than 10 minutes away by car and hosts can help with arranging surfing, tennis or muay thai lessons for kids. In nearby Estoril town, there’s a skate park (8 minutes’ drive) and beautiful public park with fountains, while younger kids will love a wander round the boats at Cascais Marina (20 minutes’ drive).
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 7 nights. The ideal guest breakdown is 8 adults, 8 teenagers + 2 babies. The pool is not gated and has steps. One of the adult suites connects directly with the kids’ rooms. The villa has some stairs - the indoor areas are split level and there are steps to the terrace. There is a fully equipped gym on the 2nd floor including a multifunction machine, free weights, spinning bike and a tatami. There is newly installed air conditioning in the media room, the rest of the house is not air conditioned. There is lots of space for parking and car hire is recommended, although Uber works very well in this area. Pets are allowed on request. This is a non-smoking home but you can smoke outdoors - please do not leave cigarette on the ground. This house comes with a dishwasher, fireplace guard, housekeeper, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, TVs and WiFi. The rate also includes 3 hours of general housekeeping each day.
About the Location
The villa is located near the town of Estoril, 30 minutes’ drive from Lisbon, Portugal. It is 35 minutes’ drive to Lisbon Airport. There are several beaches within easy reach, as well as many golf courses, parks and the Sintra-Cascais natural park (a world heritage site) just 15 minutes away. There are supermarkets, restaurants and shops within 10 minutes’ drive. Visit the most westerly part of Europe on the coast (35 minutes’ drive) or head east into the city of Lisbon for its family-friendly attractions: the Oceanarium, Lisbon Zoo or a ride on the historic city tram.
Accommodation Details
This villa has 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. There are 4 suites for adults (one of which connects directly to the kids bedrooms) and the 3 kids rooms are all connected. There are 6 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds, with a ladder. The air conditioned media room also has 4 single sofa beds that can accommodate either 4 children or 2 adults. There is also a travel crib available. There are 7 bathrooms: 3 have bathtubs and showers; 3 just have showers. The modern kitchen has a dining table (seating 6) and leads to a terrace with another smaller dining table. There is a split-level living room with 2 separate seating areas and a formal indoor living room with a table seating 12. On the 2nd floor is a gym equipped with a spinning bike, weights, multifunction machine and tatami. Outside there is a huge backyard with sports area, pool, grill, patio with dining areas and 6 outdoor lounge beds.

Luxe super villa. The villa was designed by the international interior designer, Gracinha Viterbo and it shows - the level of design and attention-to-detail is spectacular. Bold prints and colors complement chic marble finishes and sleek classic furnishings. There’s also a strong element of fun, with quirky wall murals, life-affirming script on the porch steps, eye-catching wall hangings and striking artwork. We love the stunning symmetry of the lower living room, the luscious plant-print wallpaper in one of the master bedrooms, and the outstanding bathrooms - each one decorated in a different style with bold tile designs and strong color schemes.
