Nestled between Hammersmith and Chelsea, Fulham is a highly desirable residential area with charming boutiques and delis, and excellent sports facilities. It’s just 10 minutes’ walk up to the bustling Fulham Road, where you’ll find some of the capital’s best artisan bakeries, and the world-famous River Café is just 1 mile west, on the River Thames.

Why Kids Love it

Families of all ages can visit the museums in South Kensington (15 minutes on the underground) and soccer fans will love seeing the grounds of Chelsea FC or Fulham FC (both within 20 minutes’ walk).

Accommodation Details

The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 3 floors. The sleek kitchen boasts a stainless central island and a serene dining area overlooking the garden, together with a living room next door. On the second level is the primary suite with a sumptuous kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom with a roll-top bath and separate walk-in shower. One of the guest rooms is also on this level, with 2 cosy single beds and a balcony. Going up to the third level, the remaining guest room is exceptionally spacious with a comfortable double bed and elegant ensuite bathroom. Outside, there’s a secluded garden with outdoor furniture.

Style Notes

Pretty classic. The home has a light, bright, and airy ambience, amplified by neutral tones and whitewashed floors, punctuated with traditional English prints and patterns. The living room boasts a neo-classical style, populated with plush furniture and some regal-looking paintings, while the bedrooms have rich, Mocha grey tones. We love the exposed brick wall in the kitchen, which contrasts with the simple all-white cabinetry, as well as the gorgeous fireplace in the primary bedroom and the pretty patterned textiles in the kids' twin room on the top floor.

Fulham, London

Parks, football and the Sloaney Pony

This upmarket West London neighborhood is leafy and affluent with a gastro pub on every corner and several parks. It’s easy to get into central London from here - just six stops on the District line - and it has a sprinkle of wizarding magic as the place where Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe grew up.
