Live like a local in this warm and embracing family home, located in a quiet and leafy part of the city. It’s a 10-minute walk from picturesque Parsons Green village, which has independent shops, eateries and traditional pubs alongside the green square. It’s well-placed for exploring Chelsea and Kensington, and for long walks along the riverside paths.

Why Kids Love it

Kids of all ages will love the basement playroom, with a large screen TV and access to the backyard - a great space to relax away from parents. There are a few children's books in the kids bedroom, and it’s 10 minutes’ walk to the playground at Hurlingham Park or Bishops Park on the River Thames, which has a skate park, playground and sports courts. For teens, there are cinemas and shops galore in Fulham Road and Kings Road, all accessible via bus stops at the end of the street.

Accommodation Details

The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, set over 4 floors. At the entrance level you’ll find the living room and eat-in kitchen, as well as a WC. Upstairs is the primary double bedroom and ensuite, plus the fourth bedroom with a small single bed and a family bathroom. Up again to the top floor is a double ensuite bedroom. The lower ground floor offers a double ensuite bedroom as well as a play room and a separate WC.

Style Notes

Pretty perfect. From the pretty pink-and-gray living room and its walls hung with diverse artworks, to the elegant family kitchen, this home feels composed, but still characterful. Upstairs, the primary bedroom is decorated with rich colors and has a decadent air, thanks to its statement headboard and marble-edged ensuite. We love the dark rich tones used in the playroom and the unique plum-colored cabinetry of the kitchen.

Fulham, London

Parks, football and the Sloaney Pony

This upmarket West London neighborhood is leafy and affluent with a gastro pub on every corner and several parks. It’s easy to get into central London from here - just six stops on the District line - and it has a sprinkle of wizarding magic as the place where Harry Potter actor Daniel Radcliffe grew up.
