Surrounded by lush woodlands and stunning valley views, this is a secluded escape where you can unwind and recharge. The expansive outdoor area boasts plenty of space for lounging, dining, and enjoying the peaceful natural surroundings. For larger families or friends, you can also rent the neighboring house for a group vacation (to sleep 10 in total).

While the house doesn’t have toys or books for little ones, they’ll love playing in the pool. The beaches in Ibiza are perfect for families, with shallow calm waters and plenty of different sandy coves to explore. Visit the rocky cove of Es Portitxol, the emerald waters of Cala Saladeta or catch the sunset drummers at Benirras (all around 20 minutes away).

Minimum stay: 5 nights. Maximum stay: 180 nights. Sorry - no pets, no parties and no smoking. Check in: 3pm. Check out: 10am. The house has parking outside - car rental is essential. A high chair and crib can be arranged on request. The property can be booked with the neighbouring 3-bedroom house, The Mateu Residence, which also has a pool, to sleep an additional 6 guests.

About the Location

The property is located in the center-west of the island, close to Sant Mateu (7 minutes' drive), Sant Rafael (10 minutes' drive) and Santa Gertrudis (12 minutes' drive), The villa is perfectly positioned to enjoy all the finest restaurants and beaches that Ibiza has to offer. The airport is also just 25 minutes drive away. There are also many mountainous walks to be enjoyed from the doorstep.

Accommodation Details

The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You'll find a separate kitchen, dining room and living room, as well as multiple outside living areas with an outdoor shower. The primary bedroom features a kingsize bed while the second room has a double. The bathroom includes a shower-over-bathtub and also houses the washing machine.

Barefoot luxury. This rustic building has been recently refurbished by a design studio, to create a blend of modern comfort and rustic charm. Stylish natural textures and rustic bare walls complement the building's historic features, such as the exposed wooden beamed ceilings. We love the star-shaped tiles in the dining room, the fringed outdoor umbrellas and the understated exposed kitchen shelving.
