Why Kids Love it

While the house doesn’t have toys or books for little ones, they’ll love playing in the pool. The beaches in Ibiza are perfect for families, with shallow calm waters and plenty of different sandy coves to explore. Visit the rocky cove of Es Portitxol, the emerald waters of Cala Saladeta or catch the sunset drummers at Benirras (all around 20 minutes away).

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 4 nights. Maximum stay: 30 nights. Sorry - no pets, no parties and no smoking. Check in: 3pm. Check out: 10am. Safety notes: although the house is largely set over 1 floor, there are multiple split level steps (indoors and outdoors) and the main bedroom is upstairs, so young children or toddlers may need supervision. The pool is not gated. The house has parking outside - car rental is essential. Amenities include: AC, alarm system, cleaning products, laundry rack, coffee maker, cooking basics, dinnerware, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, hairdryer, heating system, Wifi (250mb), iron, microwave, toaster, oven, smart TV, sound system, towels, fans. The property can be booked with the neighbouring 2-bedroom house, The Mateu II Residence, to sleep an additional 4 guests.

About the Location

The villa is located in the center-west of the island, close to Sant Mateu (7 minutes' drive), Sant Rafael (10 minutes' drive) and Santa Gertrudis (12 minutes' drive), The villa is perfectly positioned to enjoy all the finest restaurants and beaches that Ibiza has to offer. The airport is also just 25 minutes drive away. There are also many mountainous walks to be enjoyed from the doorstep.

Accommodation Details

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. You’ll find a large kitchen with an eat-in dining table, as well as a separate living room centered around a fireplace. This leads to a guest bedroom with a kingsize bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for kids. The primary bedroom is upstairs, with a super kingsize bed and a private terrace. The main bathroom has a walk-in rain shower. Outside there's a deck patio, dining table, pool and loungers, as well as a pool house with an outdoor kitchen with a built-in BBQ.

Style Notes

Boho finca. This rustic farmhouse has been brought up to date with a recent refurbishment by a design studio, with contemporary interiors to create a relaxed yet stylish home. Seagrass textures and rustic wood materials add to the laid-back look, while the sophisticated neutral color palette still feels fresh and modern. We love the striking black and white artwork, the timeless striped linen and the stylish pool house kitchen.
