Why Kids Love it
The property has a few children’s toys in the living area, and the magical little garden is a green oasis shaded by a large London plane tree, so kids can let off some steam after a busy day seeing the sights of the city. This area of London is great for kids, with a neighborhood feel and the museums of South Kensington just a short bus ride away: visit the Science Museum, Natural History Museum and the V&A.
Things to Know
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home does not accept pets. Complimentary Lovevery Play Kit for kids (0-4yrs) during your stay T&C's apply. This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator. There are stairs up to the entrance of this home. Some traffic noise can be heard from inside the home. The fireplaces in this home are purely ornamental. The toilet in the guest bathroom of this home has a weak flush.
About the Location
This townhouse is located between Kings Road and Fulham Road in Chelsea, with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Chelsea is known as the birthplace of some of the last century's most important music and fashion movements, so it's always been an eclectic and unconventional neighborhood. It’s also close to the River Thames, so you can enjoy riverside strolls with the kids or hop over Albert Bridge to Battersea Park. The nearest tube stations are Imperial Wharf and West Brompton (both 15 minutes on foot) or you can access bus routes around the city from Kings Road.
Accommodation Details
This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, set over 3 floors. The open-plan lower floor immediately welcomes you through the door with a cozy sitting area and dining space that leads onto the sleek, fully-fitted kitchen. Upstairs, a second sitting room is warm and welcoming, and the first of the bedrooms provides a kingsize bed and large windows. The ensuite has a free-standing bathtub. On the top floor is the primary suite, with an indulgent kingsize bed and large ensuite, offering a serene hideaway overlooking the garden.

Traditional townhouse. Combining contemporary interiors with some of the original Victorian features, this home offers plenty of character. The hosts have mirrored the neighborhood’s free, bohemian spirit, uniting a careful selection of different design elements that harmonize rather than compete. It’s where you’ll find Buckingham Palace, Sloane Square, the King’s Road, Harrods and many of the most upmarket stores and areas of the city. For kids, Hyde Park is a must-do, whether you go boating on the Serpentine on summer or enjoy the kid-friendly cafés around it.
