Perks for the Parents

Well-set up for a family stay, with a full kitchen and family-sized dining area, along with a stylish and spacious living room. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. The residence has a family bathroom with a bathtub for the kids. The dining area has an extending leaf table suitable for 6 to 12 people. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, tea boiler, toaster, steamer cooker, citrus press juicer, blender, Sana juicer, and more. There is a laundry with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Why Kids Love it

The kids rooms are full of toys and are bright and colorful. It is a short walk from local playgrounds. Great for older kids and for babies too - you don't have to pack many extra items. A crib, stroller, high chair, baby toys and a baby bath can be provided on request. Playstation, computer, DVDs and BluRays, CDs and games all provided. One of the kids rooms has a turntable for vinyl records.

Things to Know

Note that the minimum stay is 4 days. The apartment is only available during school holidays and long weekends. The residence is on the second floor with an elevator. Guests can park the stroller under the staircase. Please note that the AC in the apartment are movable units, and not fixed.

About the Location

In the heart of the vibrant, attractive Marais area, this residence has buzzy cafés with terraces at the corner of the street and is a few steps from la rue de Bretagne, the center of foodie Paris. Browse fine food stores or step into the Marché des Enfants Rouges, a deluxe covered food market. Art galleries and historic monuments are a short walk away. There are easy public transport links nearby. Car hire not required.

Accommodation Details

This 3 bedroom apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry, enclosed veranda and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms both have a single bed with trundle bed which can convert into a double bed. The whole apartment is quiet and spacious (150m2).

Style Notes

Glamourous, cheerful and eclectic. With colorful furniture, floral-patterned wallpaper, bohemian living areas and a baroque-chic master bedroom, the apartment has plenty of style and verve. The living room has plenty to catch the eye. The veranda is the gem of the apartment, fully restored with stained-glass windows, an antique French cement floor and oak panelling on the walls.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

What a lovely place to stay in Paris! Great location close to so many wonderful shops and bakeries. And a perfect little park and playground around the corner for our 5-year-old to enjoy. The apartment is fabulously stylish and comfortable. Myriam provided all the information and local recommendations we needed and it was lovely to be welcomed in by Elizabeth, the housekeeper. We would highly recommend!

The Béranger apartment was a perfect place to be based in while exploring Paris with our 9 and 16 year old. Like others have said, staying in a beautiful and comfortable home, with all the advice Myriam offers, allowed us to feel as if we were living in Paris, not just visiting. Or more realistically: visiting friends. A great apartment, lots of space to rest and recharge for another day out, and such helpful and kind hosts!

We had a lovely stay in Myriam's home and she was a gracious host. The apartment was spacious and charming. Our daughter loved her bedroom and announced she wanted to re-decorate hers just like it. It was so nice having a home base that was so comfortable and chic. The location was also very convenient to cafes, shops and great restaurants, and also very close to Metro stops for easy access to the rest of the city's sites. We really appreciated Myriam's guide to the neighborhood and some of her recommendations were our favorite experiences during our time in Paris. We would recommend Myriam's home and hope to visit again soon!

We had a magnificent stay in Paris at Myriam's stunning apartment. She was a very attentive host, and her place is exquisitely designed with so much space for a Parisian apartment and so many delightful surprises for our 3 year old daughter. She had excellent recommendations for the neighbourhood, and we could not have been happier with the location of her apartment. Our daughter loved the park around the corner, which had a charming playground. We loved the abundance of cafes, restaurants, shops, galleries, etc as well as the proximity to everything Paris has to offer on foot and by metro. We hope to come back!

We stayed at the residence for a week, on vaca from the US with 5 total--my husband and I with our 4 yo daughter and sister-in-law with 18 yo niece. The layout of the apartment is very accommodating for either a larger family or two families such as ours. We all loved the big cozy shared space in the living room/kitchen and the overall design couldn't be warmer, well-designed, eclectic, kid-friendly. Myriam was absolutely lovely and helpful. She went above and beyond...from setting up an extra bed and stroller, setting us up with a babysitter, sharing her food...she even left fresh fruit/milk/OJ/bread and a bottle of champaign and gave our daughter a gift upon arrival. The location is perfect for getting around in Paris--steps away from great coffee, restaurants, shopping and steps away from two different metro stops to get anywhere else you need to go. For us, it was the perfect place to stay and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location in the Marais - it genuinely could not be better! Incredible ambiance to the place, much like a high end boutique hotel, and perfect for a toddler. Full of charm, with all the mod cons - don't think twice about booking with Myriam! We will be back.
