Why Kids Love it

There’s a cute nursery room for parents with babies or toddlers and it’s a fantastic area for families with older kids to explore the city. The neighborhood boasts a warm and friendly village feel, with Paddington Recreation Ground park and playground less than 10 minutes’ walk and the sprawling Regents Park (home to London Zoo) around half an hour away on foot. You can also enjoy peaceful tree-lined walks and bike rides by the canals in Little Venice, stopping for a coffee and sweet treat at one of the unique water cafés.

Things to Know

This home doesn't have air conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is spread between two floors with no internal elevator. There are several steps up to the front door of this home with no elevator access. The third bedroom is on the lower-ground floor and features a single sofa bed. Please let us know if you would like it prepared for your booking. About the Location

This family home is located in the quiet, leafy neighborhood of Maida Vale, a desirable part of North West London close to St Johns Wood, Paddington and Queen’s Park. With an abundance of excellent gastro pubs and family-run eateries on your doorstep, you’ll feel like a local in no time. It’s just a few steps to Maida Vale tube station for a quick 15-minute journey into Soho or Mayfair. It’s less than an hour by train or car to Heathrow airport. Nearby St John’s Wood is home to iconic landmarks, including Abbey Road Studios and Lord’s Cricket Grounds, and the area boasts a wonderfully laid-back dining scene with pretty waterfront bistros and gastronomic gems like The Hero and Kateh.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. All the bedrooms are ensuite, with elegant waterfall showers. The primary bedroom and second bedroom (both ensuite) are at the entrance level, with the living areas and third bedroom downstairs. The third bedroom works well as a family bedroom, with a comfortable single sofa bed, nursing chair, and a crib.This floor is also home to the living room and kitchen diner, with access to the garden.

Traditional elegance. The open concept living space is bathed in natural light, accentuated by the traditional bay windows in this Victorian property. The airy living room soothes with soft tones, blush accents and sumptuous seating, where you can curl up and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. We love the pretty floral print textiles in the nursery room, the chic integrated kitchen and the elegant paneling in the upstairs bedrooms.

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Applicable to stays up to 60 nights: If guests need to cancel, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable. Applicable to stays of 60 nights or more: If guests wish to cancel, we refund 50% of the first 60 nights, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of arrival the first 60 booked days are non-refundable. During the stay, guests are able to cancel at any time within 30 days notice; the remaining nights of the stay will be refundable, however, the first 60 days will remain non-refundable. In addition to the hosts policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.
