Why Kids Love it
Kids will love the buzz and excitement that comes with staying in the heart of the city, with flagship book stores, toyshops and 2 huge parks to explore on their doorstep. Regents Park is just a 10-minute walk with a boating lake, open air theatre, playground and laid-back cafes as well as London Zoo where kids can see giraffes, tigers and Komodo dragons. Hyde Park is a 15-minute walk south with a seasonal calendar of events including a winter wonderland with rides and skating, and summer music concerts which might appeal to teens. Camden town, renowned for its eclectic music scene and markets is also a short bus or cab ride away while for younger ones, Hamley’s toy store on Regent Street is a real treasure trove. If some chill-out time is required, the residence offers the perfect space with armchairs you can curl up in and a smart Apple TV for movie screenings or catching up on a latest series.
Things to Know
This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. There is no wardrobe in the second bedroom so we will provide a hanging rail for storage. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the lower ground floor. This home is spread over two floors with no internal elevator. There is low lighting in certain areas of this home and so it may not be suitable for toddlers. There is currently some scaffolding in place at the back of the building. No work is ongoing. Complimentary Lovevery Play Kit for kids (0-4yrs) during your stay T&C's apply.
About the Location
The residence is located on a tree-lined residential road in the heart of Marylebone with charming Marylebone high street a 2-minute walk away. There is plenty of green space on offer with Regent’s Park just 10 minutes’ away on foot and Hyde Park 15 minutes. For art lovers, the excellent Wallace collection is a 6-minute walk from the residence. Regent’s Park tube, on the Bakerloo line, is the closest subway station at around 10 minutes’ walk – just 1 stop from Oxford Circus for Selfridges in 1 direction and 1 stop from Baker Street in the other, home of Sherlock Holmes. The nearest airport is Heathrow (around 45 minutes by car or subway/train).
Accommodation Details
This residence has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, set over 2 floors. The main entrance opens on to an open plan living/dining area with a kitchen. The living area has 2 antique armchairs and a sofa with a glass coffee table, Apple TV, a working fireplace and a drinks cabinet. The dining area is tucked behind in a light space of its own with an elegant glass table seating 6. The sleek kitchen is accessed through an open archway to the side and is fully-stocked with all a guest would expect as well as underfloor heating, built-in fans and a dishwasher. The bedroom areas are downstairs and have plenty of natural light. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and built-in wardrobes while the second bedroom has a doublesize bed, bookshelves, a desk and a hanging rail. The modern bathroom has underfloor heating and a huge walk-in shower.

Sophistication with a touch of decadence. This stylish home is adorned with modern art, rich textiles and bold ornaments which bring a blast of color to their smoldering surrounds. A smoky grey pallet is used on the walls throughout, pairing with chic wooden parquet and a statement marble fire surround to create chic cocktail den vibes. Antique armchairs, a large industrial mirror and design-led light features add style and charm while the crisp white ceilings, bed linens and shuttered windows lend plenty of natural light, keeping things airy. We love the well-loved leather armchairs with a tale or two to tell and the elegant drinks cabinet which sits beside the stunning working fireplace, inviting guests to gather, pour themselves a drink and swap stories from their day.
