Why Kids Love it

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 5 nights. Typically these properties are for longer stays (90 days or more) but short stays are possible on application. Rates start at £210 per night plus VAT- please consult the owners for fully accurate rates and availability. These rates are based on a 90-day stay. A deposit may be required depending on the length of the stay. Note that there is no elevator at the property. All utilities and council tax are included in the rates. There is no parking; there are good public transport links by tube and bus in Marylebone and plentiful taxis. No pets, no smoking.

About the Location

The apartments are minutes from Marylebone High Street and all it has to offer. It’s a lovely area to stay in, with beautiful boutiques on the doorstep, food options from the likes of Daylesford and Chiltern Firehouse around the corner, and arts and culture at the Wigmore Hall and Wallace Collection a few streets away. Oxford Circus is within strolling distance and Regents Park/London Zoo and Hyde Park are also close by. The apartments are about an hour from Heathrow Airport and approximately 10 minutes from Paddington Station.

Apartment 1 is a duplex set across the ground and lower ground floor. It sleeps up to 3 + 1.
Apartment 2 is on the lower ground floor and costs from £210 plus VAT per night. Measuring 61 sqm, it has an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with a table for 4, plus a super kingsize bed. The bathroom has a shower and tub. It sleeps up to 2 + 1.

Apartment 2 has a limited edition print by John Baldessari, while apartment 4 has a Murano glass chandelier, apartment 5 has art by Jake Chapman and apartment 7 has art by Sam Taylor Wood. Muted tones and comfortable spaces make these apartments a place to call home. Well chosen vintage furniture pieces by Knoll, Verner Panton and Bertoia, along with Eero Saarinen and Eames, add warmth and elegance. We love the textured rugs and throws, the outstanding art, and the fantastic location.

Payment policy
Guests can cancel up to 30 days before the check in date for a full refund less 10% of the total cost of the stay. Cancellations notified at 30 days or less before check in, no refunds.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled.
