Perks for the Parents
Location location location. This stylish apartment is in the heart of Mayfair, for a super central family city break. It sleeps up to 4. If you’re looking to be in the center of it all, this is the place for you. You’ll have a simple kitchenette for basic snacks and breakfast, but you’ll have all the cafes and restaurants you need on your doorstep, so there’s no need to cook. Skip across Regent Street to visit the iconic Liberty department store and experience the vibrant Carnaby Street stores and eateries for an exciting start to your London stay.
Why Kids Love it
While this home doesn’t have toys or books for kids, it’s in one of the most helpful locations for young children with little legs. You couldn’t be closer to Hamley’s toy store on Regent Street and, with the tube station just 4 minutes away, it’s easy to get around the city. Regents Park station is 8 minutes away by tube, where you’ll find London Zoo, and you can reach the popular Princess Diana Memorial Playground on the other side of Hyde Park in just 15 minutes (via tube to Queensway).
Things to Know
This home does not have air conditioning. Between June and September the hosts will place fans in the rooms that need them. This home has double glazing, but its central location means you might be able to hear a certain level of noise from inside the home. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can accommodate an additional 2 people. Please let us know when you book if you would like it prepared. The wine fridge pictured in the kitchen is not in use. The WiFi in this home is intermittent. Complimentary Lovevery Play Kit for kids (0-4yrs) during your stay T&C's apply.
About the Location
The apartment is located in Mayfair, one of London’s smartest neighborhoods, with Bond Street’s designer stores nearby and world-class restaurants just around the corner. Oxford Circus is 4 minutes’ walk (you’ll be just off Regent Street) and notable London sights are a short walk away (Selfridges, Fortum & Masons, Claridges, Savile Row) and it’s 15 minutes on foot from Hyde Park, Green Park or Soho.
Accommodation Details
The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, in a building with no elevator. The primary bedroom features a super kingsize bed, and the double sofabed in the living room can accommodate 2 people - ask the team when booking to ensure it’s made up for your family group. This open plan room also includes a kitchenette and dining area for 4. The separate bathroom is next door, with a bathtub and separate shower.
Style Notes
Sleek and simple, this pared-back apartment is small but perfectly formed for a central city stay. The modern kitchen boasts glossy white cabinets and the contemporary bathroom is outfitted with gray marble tiles. We love the graphic pop art bringing color to the otherwise-neutral palette.
