This stylish 4-bedroom villa in the North Beach area has a heated pool, direct access to Biscayne Bay and is steps from the beach. It sleeps up to 8 adults, 3 toddlers and 1 baby. For a family holiday of sea, sand and surf, this house is in the perfect location with the ocean immediately accessible and the beach minutes away on foot. At the house there are 4 bikes, ping pong, a rowing machine, paddleboard and kayak – everything you need for getting on to and enjoying the house, the city and the water.

Why Kids Love it

Kids will love the table football and splashing with the provided floats in the private heated pool, as well as walking to the beach. There are dolphins and exotic birds to spot on the swimmable stretch of sea in front of the house – magical manatees visit at night. With the proximity of the water, teenagers can spend hours paddleboarding and kayaking. When all else fails there is the 65-inch smart tv with Netflix and Chromecast.

Things to Know

Minimum stay: 3 nights. The pool is not gated so children will require supervision. There is direct access to the sea with a drop-off so this residence is not suitable for active toddlers or very young children. Boat rental available on site. There are no internal stairs. Amenities include quiet air conditioning, an induction stove, dishwasher, 2 washers and 2 dryers. There is private parking at the property. Cleaning is available on request during a stay at extra cost. Please contact host to arrange. Travel Crib and High Chair at the property also. Guests will be welcomed and shown around the house on arrival.

About the Location

This residence is in Biscayne Point in the North Beach neighborhood of Miami Beach, Florida. The house sits on Biscayne Bay, where you can swim and enjoy the water views from the patio. North Beach (on the Atlantic Ocean), the local's Miami and a great destination for families, is within easy walking distance 300 meters to the east of the house. It a family-friendly area with a boardwalk and plenty of affordable restaurants including Argentinean, Brazilian and hamburger joints. The North Shore Open Space Park with picnic tables, grills, playgrounds and lush greenery is a 10-minute walk.

Accommodation Details

This residence has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 1 level. Living spaces are open plan with a lounge / kitchen and diner seating up to 6 and a breakfast bar seating up to 3. There are 2 kingsize bedrooms, 1 queensize and 1 with 2 twin / single beds. There are 3 bathrooms – 2 with showers and 1 with a tub. Three mattresses are available for toddlers and 1 travel crib for a baby, if required. Outside is heated pool with sun loungers, a table and seating for 8, outdoor shower, propane BBQ and boat dock.

Style Notes

Beach cool. This beach house has been fully renovated with top of the range appliances, contemporary furniture and high-end finishes in the bathrooms. The kitchen is sociable and is fully loaded and the house is air conditioned throughout for those sultry summer nights. We love the colorful breakfast chairs, peaceful location and the gently lapping water on the dock.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations notified up to 6 weeks before the check in date, guests will receive a refund of any amount paid less 15% of the total cost of the booking. For cancellations notified at 6 weeks or less before the check in date, no refunds are given unless the host agrees. If a host does agree to a full or partial refund, this amount will be returned to the guest less 15% of the total cost of the booking. Some hosts will also allow a stay to be rescheduled. Guests should contact their host for further information regarding any request to change the dates of a stay.

My family of 4 stayed at Sylvain's house and can't wait to come back. We loved the location, pool, access to the canal, and gorgeous/open home. Check-in was easy and Charles helped us with tips and was super accessible. We loved exploring the neighborhood and finding yummy local food + clean beaches and playgrounds. Most of all, we loved hanging out on the patio, swimming, playing ping pong, kayaking and paddle boarding. We hope to return soon!

This pool and outdoor area is absolutely lovely! Also the open floor plan was amazing for being able to hang with a large group (and small kids) without worry! Sylvain was a very hospitable host and Charles who managed the property was every helpful as well! It was a fairly easy (and family friendly, stroller) walk to the beach nearby, but otherwise it's a car ride to most areas including grocery shopping etc. We'd absolutely return!

The perfect property for a fun family vacation. Highlights were the heated pool and the water access. My kids had a great time on the kayak and paddle boats. Floats for the pool, tons of room for extended family. The home was recently renovated and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip and would recommend it without hesitation. Owner was very helpful and accomodating. Thank you for such a great stay!
