There are 2 buildings: the main house, with 3 double bedrooms and a guest house with a double bedroom and bathroom. There is 24-hour personalized concierge service and a 4-hour daily maid service and twice weekly linen change is included, with pool and garden maintenance. Laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, babysitting, massage and personal training, island tours and yacht and car hire can be booked for an extra fee.
Why Kids Love it
There is a fantastic pool to splash in, with a few games and balls provided, plus kids DVDs. The pool has a gently-shelving beach area, ideal for younger children and non-swimmers. The closest beach is Tigani beach, a 15-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the villa, with 6 of the islands other major beaches a 5-minute drive away, including Lia beach, a particularly family-orientated spot. Two cribs and a high chair are provided.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 7 nights in peak and high season. Parents with young children will need to supervise them: the pool is not fenced but does have a small wall around it so crawling babies can't fall in. The residence is on multiple levels, with balconies and terraces from every bedroom plus ungated stairs. Every bedroom has air conditioning; all rooms have a fireplace for winter and central heating. The TV has international channels, there is high speed WiFi, and there is a sound system. There is parking for up to 4 cars. Note that Airport transfers are not included.
About the Location
The villa is in southeastern Mykonos, around 25 minutes from the port in Mykonos and a little less from the airport. It is in a quiet, luxurious and private space on the island, not overlooked or overlooking any other properties, walking distance from Tigani beach. In the summer, the island is accessible by international flights and ferries; outside peak season, flights run from Athens to Mykonos taking around 25 minutes. The villa is away from the island’s nightlife in a secluded spot 5 minutes from Anomera with its restaurants and tavernas, markets, grocery stores and bakeries.
Accommodation Details
There are 2 buildings: the main house, with 3 double ensuite bedrooms plus a kitchen, dining room and large living room, and an additional guest house with a double bedroom and bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned. There is an infinity pool 20m x 3m - large enough for lap swimming. The grounds are laid out in local style as a walled garden with olive trees, cacti, rocks, bushes and shrubs plus pergolas, terraces and shaded spots.
Style Notes
Modern Greek luxury. It is a beautiful residence with a delicate balance of rustic Mykonian style - exposed stone walls and flower-draped terraces - and contemporary luxury. Condé Nast Traveler has called the infinity pool ‘one of the top 5 sexiest in the world’. There are glorious sea views - the residence overlooks Lia Bay and the Aegean and numerous islands.

Mykonos, Greek Islands
Windmills, yacht tours and beaches
This arid, sunny Cyclades island, 25 minutes by plane from Athens, is known for its nightlife and its cosmopolitan scene. But insiders know that there’s more to the island than its reputation suggests. With sandy beaches, 16th Century windmills and sensational sunsets, it’s got typical Greek appeal. Enjoy geckos scaling the walls, sunset cocktails, black olives in Greek salads and days spent at the beach.
