Perks for the Parents

It’s playtime! This unbelievable Orlando home has amazing kids rooms as well as an arcade, private pool and a princess play room. It sleeps 12. Your kids will thank you forever for choosing this house and they’ll be entertained the entire time with the pool, backyard, play areas and local tourist attractions. For parents, the community complex has a clubhouse, bar, gym and volleyball courts so you can have some fun and relax in between your visits to the famed Orlando family attractions (Disney is just 12 miles away).

Why Kids Love it

This could be our most kid-focused property ever! Fun is the main priority here, with a glow-in-the-dark arcade room, a soft play princess room with swings and a slide, as well as Disney and Star Wars themed bunk rooms and a cute jungle twin room too. As well as the private pool, there’s also a huge community pool within the complex and of course the attractions of Disney and Orlando’s best family tourist spots nearby. The property comes with a pack ‘n’ play, high chair, step stool, books, toys, children’s dinnerware, books and more.

Things to Know

The house is set up with towels, toiletries, laundry facilities and cleaning supplies. The pool and patio is covered (as is the norm here, to protect from mosquitos) but not gated from the house. A local host is available to assist you during your stay and on arrival. Up to 2 dogs are welcome on request for an additional fee of $125. The lead guest must be 21 years of age. When you book this property, you’ll be asked to sign a separate guest agreement.

About the Location

The house is located in the residential Champions Gate community, half an hour outside Orlando, Florida. The community’s Oasis Club complex has tennis courts, golf courses, a gym, a kids game room, play area, cinema room, and pool. It’s also around half an hour to all the famous Florida attractions, including Magic Kingdom, Universal Studios and SeaWorld. Orlando airport is around 35-45 minutes drive.

Accommodation Details

The house has 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, set over 3 floors. The main living space features a lounge/dining area and there’s a separate kitchen with breakfast bar, as well as an upstairs den which could work well as a home office. There are 3 kingsize bedrooms and 2 queensize bedrooms, as well as the jungle twin room, Disney bunk room and Star Wars twin room (each sleeping 2).

Style Notes

Family fun. While the emphasis here is most definitely on interiors for kids, there are lots of calm and contemporary spaces for adults to appreciate too. Sophisticated greens and muted blues adorn the adult bedrooms, and the bathrooms are clean and classic. We love the cozy living room rug and geometric artwork, the amazing animal print mural in the kids jungle room and the mid-century outdoor furniture.

Orlando, Florida

All the fun of the fair

Whether you’re in Orlando to meet Mickey, wield a wand at Harry Potter World, feel sand between your toes and sunshine on your back or scream as you ride water slides in its world-beating water parks, you can be sure you’ll have a sensational vacation here. Central Florida’s Atlantic Coast beaches are gorgeous: white sand, clear water and miles and miles of space to play, while the region’s theme parks and water parks are the best in the world. Find a quiet spot if you can and discover natural springs, where you can swim or kayak, and secluded coves home to manatees and dolphins.
