I am a PR professional and also own a caviar brand, my son Pavel is 8 years old. We live in the heart of Paris at rue Saint-Honoré, 5 minutes by walk to Le Louvre and only 15 meters from the former shop Colette, the famious concept-store. The location is very central and the Tuileries Gardens are within 3 minutes from the flat. If you also like to experience tastings and gourmet food, I can propose you a caviar tasting with 3 different caviars, blinis ans pirojki and vodka and champagne pairing. The rate is 139€/ person. I will be glad also to discuss with you about Paris, sightseeing and Art, as well Food and culture.

We had a great stay at the Rue Saint Honore residence. We were there for two nights with a 7/5/2 year old and took advantage of location to park and walkability of residence. Iva was very helpful in advance providing answers to specific questions and making recommendations. We could easily take public transport and get a taxi from the location. We took a train to Disney from the apt that was only a 10 minute walk which was so convenient. Overall we were very happy with the stay and all the amenities tailored towards our kids. We would love to repeat the stay if we find ourselves in Paris again!

The photos of this beautiful apartment are exactly what you get. Iva was an amazing host and the location, cleanliness, size, and amenities of this apartment were 10+ stars. My husband and I visited with our (very tall) 12-year-old and he loved the coziness of the kid's bed. One really can't overstate the convenience of the location of this beautiful apartment. We would absolutely return/rebook. (One thing to note - we stayed from July 3 - 10, 2023. Iva was completely up-front in letting us know that there would be some construction in the building during that time. For the most part this "construction" was limited to intermittent banging and construction workers yelling up and down the airshaft. Since we were rarely in the apartment, and it was intermittent, it didn't bother us. A couple of mornings we were treated to some pretty hardcore jackhammering at about 8:30 AM, so if you are considering visiting during this time and something like this may bother you, might be good to ask Iva if the construction is still going on and adjust accordingly. She does have other options!) In summary - despite the construction, we had a magnificent time at the apartment, and I promise you that Iva will make sure that your stay is amazing! Highly recommend!

The Rue Saint Honoré Residence is in a wonderful location and was a perfect place for our family of three to stay whilst in Paris. Our 2.5 year old loved the toys and bed in the child's room. Iva was very responsive and was a big help during our trip. We hope to come back here again!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay in Paris, and Iva could not be more kind or helpful! The apartment is beautiful and full of treasures for children. We were very comfortable staying at this residence with our 3 year old and 7 month old. We did lots of sightseeing during the day, and looked forward to coming back to rest and cook dinner in the evening. I hope we can return to this very spot again someday!

We loved out stay! The location was amazing, which made it easy to get around the whole city easily. Everything was clean and it was awesome to have the child's bed and crib available - our three year old daughter absolutely loved staying here because of all the toys and books. A fantastic experience.

We usually stay in the 6th arr. and this was our first time staying in St Honore. The location in fantastic- extremely walkable, yet extremely quiet at night. Huge bathroom, decent kitchen, great living room and dining room. It was my husband, myself and our two year old son. He loved the apartment and the toys. Iva is so nice and kept in touch, making sure everything was going well. Totally recommend and would stay there again.

We can’t say enough wonderful things about Iva’s apartment! It made our whole stay in Paris so easy and enjoyable. Our boys made themselves at home before she even finished opening the door and they were so sad when our trip came to an end. She made the whole process so easy and the location of the apartment made it so we never needed to use public transportation, which was our goal with our double stroller! The place was comfortable and felt like home right away. We will definitely be back again!

Great hosts, wonderful location. The place was spacious for our family of 4, perfect location in the 1st arrondissement within walking distance of the tuileries, opera etc... Very quiet for being in such a busy part of town and cool which was great especially in the middle of summer. Iva, as always, is very responsive to any needs, requests etc.. We had asked for a high chair, crib and stroller and they provided it all which was so helpful. We sometimes had a hard time convincing our 5 yo to leave the apartment she liked it so much. Loved it, would stay here again.

Perfect home for a stay in Paris. We loved the proximity of the parc with the carousel, playground and ice cream shop. Good to mix this in with shopping and sightseeing ;-) The house really surprised us as to the space it offered and the quietness for being in the city. Lots of nice toys to play with as well so we were really happy.

We had a great stay during our recent visit to Paris. The photos are exactly what you get. The location is easy to find/reach and a good base if you're doing a lot of touristy things during your stay. I would absolutely recommend this property.
