Style Notes

Modern retro. It’s no surprise to learn this apartment has been featured in design magazines. It sports several 1960s retro pieces and beautiful interiors. Blonde wood floors, white walls, artwork and large plants give a tranquil feel. The modern kitchen with marble countertops and fun red light shades has everything a family could need, complete with a Wolf gas range and Jura bean-to-cup coffeemaker. We love the bold lettering in the dining area, the primary suite for its size and comfort, and the rooftop terrace for views of NYC.

Originally from Brighton, I've been living in New York since 2003. Most recently in Brooklyn with my husband and our two daughters. We love spending time with family and friends.

Park Slope, Brooklyn

Family central

In northwest Brooklyn, Park Slope is synonymous with families. With period Brownstones, a farmers’ market and Prospect Park nearby, it’s easy to enjoy a stay here. Enjoy the foodie haunts, the LeFrak center ice rink and easy access to Manhattan, with Midtown around 30 minutes away by subway.

Raffaelle's place was incredible. We absolutely loved every minute of it and would highly recommend this home for any family that wants to be in the heart of Park Slope with proximity (1 block) to Prospect Park and right next to the subway. The place is gorgeous - probably the nicest NYC apartment we've ever been in and very spacious at > 2,000 square feet. It was also very well equipped in terms of appliances, accessories, etc. We have zero complaints and would love to stay here again in the future!

Raffaelle and Marc's place is incredibly peaceful, comfortable, well set-up and more lovely than the photos even capture. It's a great rental with kids because of the spaciousness, the playroom/toys, the convenience for meals and the fact that you can't hear the kids playing or watching TV from the master bedroom (utter relaxation!). Honestly this was our best rental experience ever and we highly recommend them. The location is very convenient.
