This luxury villa with a pool and staff on tranquil Natai Beach is fully baby and toddler equipped, with plenty for older kids and parents too. It sleeps up to 8 adults and 4 children. No need to worry about baggage allowance – top-of-the-range baby necessities are provided. Socializing and relaxing are easy here: the living space with a dining table seating up to 10 opens directly to the lush garden and pool, with uninterrupted views to the white sand beach. There are 2 master ensuite master bedrooms with ocean views, and a housekeeper and handyman to keep days running smoothly.
Why Kids Love it
Kids will love the direct access to the sandy beach where they can build sandcastles, play games and swim in the warm, clear water – that’s when they’re tired of playing in the private pool that’s open year-round. Baby equipment includes a BabyBjorn crib, bouncer and baby carrier, 2 bath tubs, 2 high chairs, 2 toddler seats and a bottle sterilizer, plus bed rails for toddlers. The outside terrace and garden are well shaded and there is a sea breeze on most days. The garden includes a large trampoline, badminton net and football goals if requested. For the younger children there are books, toys and train sets; older kids can enjoy the kayak, windsurfing board and boogie boards in the boathouse.
Things to Know
Minimum stay is 3 nights most of the year. There is a 5 night minimum over key school holidays. There is a 7 night minimum over Christmas/New Years. Prices are for max 8 adults and 4 children. The rate includes daily continental breakfast and a full-time Thai villa chef. The villa is arranged over 1 floor. Parents of active toddlers should note that there are 3 steps to the lawn and direct access from the villa to the beach. There are 2 full-time, live-in staff at the villa taking care of housekeeping, pool maintenance and providing security at nighttime. Additional services at cost include airport transfers, grocery shopping, in-villa massage, and a taxi service (up to 14 seats per car). All rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
About the Location
Villa Sand is situated on a 10km stretch of secluded and peaceful beach away from the hustle and bustle of tourist hot spots. You are more likely to see local fishermen than jet-skis. It is 1 hr, 10 mins taxi ride from Phuket and 35 minutes north of Phuket International Airport. There are Thai restaurants, Baba Beach Club, and some 5-star hotels within walking distance. Phuket is a family-friendly location with lots to do. A local taxi service can take you for trips to local waterparks, go-karting, surf centers, aquariums, zip-lining, zorbing and more.
Accommodation Details
This beachfront villa has 5 bedrooms with 5 ensuite bathrooms. Four bedrooms are kingsize and 1 room is for kids with 2 twin / single trundle beds, sleeping up to 4 little ones. There are 2 kitchens – 1 Western and 1 Thai – a living / dining space that flows into an outdoor terrace with more lounging and dining options, a pool, gardens, outdoor shower and steps down to the beach. At the back of the property are the car port and staff quarters.
Style Notes
Luxury beach house. Villa Sand’s bright, spacious living areas offer a stylish setting to relax or entertain. There are clean lines and high ceilings throughout. Warm wood tones are offset with white stone and the furniture is contemporary with comfortable seating. The décor is crisp white and soft gray, which makes the blue pool, lush green garden and turquoise ocean appear even more vibrant. We love the pretty kids’ room with pastel color pops and toy storage, the large pool, and the incredibly beautiful setting.

Beaches, boats and a golden buddha
What could be better than palm-fringed beaches, boat trips, diving, snorkeling and elephant rides through the jungle? Thailand’s largest island Phuket hugs the southern tip of the country and boasts sprawling white sand beaches, picturesque blue water and plenty of activities. In between building sand castles on the beach with little ones and going snorkeling with your older kiddos, take a boat ride with the whole family in Phang Nga Bay or check out some of the local street festivals. And if you have time for a day trip, drive a few hours to Khao Sok National Park and experience life in the jungle.
