Set up over 2 stories, the 5-bedroom villa has a tropical garden surrounding a pool. Guests have full access to all of the resort amenities at Sea Horse Ranch, which has an equestrian center, tennis club, seaside swimming pools and beach club restaurant.

Why Kids Love it

Kids will love playing and splashing in the pool, which is surrounded by a tropical garden and includes a raised outdoor Jacuzzi and a waterfall. One of the bedrooms is set up with 2 twin beds and is ideal for kids. It’s also all a short walk to the beach and to the resort facilities, which feature plenty of family-friendly places to play and get active, from tennis courts and horse riding to swimming pools overlooking the ocean. For young children, cribs, high chairs, a car seat, and a small bath for babies are included on request; nannies are available for extra cost.

Minimum stay: 3 nights. The pool is not gated or fenced, the stairs are not gated and there is an upper balcony - note that young children will need extra supervision at this property. About the Location

The property is in the Sea Horse Ranch resort, close to Puerto Plata and around 30 minutes from Gregorio Luperon International Airport by car/ taxi. Airport pick up is available by arrangement. We recommend car hire for this residence; covered parking is available. The closest beach is a 10-minute walk away. The Sea Horse Ranch resort includes seaside pools featuring caves, waterfalls and a smaller pool for children, and a playground and trampoline area.

This 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa is set over 2 stories. The ground floor comprises a large lounge with open staircase to the second floor, a large covered patio leaving to the swimming pool, garden and waterfall, a large separate dining room and a custom kitchen. There are 2 air conditioned bedrooms with walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms, one with direct access to the patio and pool. Upstairs, there is a kitchenette plus small fridge and sink on the gallery, a primary bedroom with walk-in closets, ensuite bathroom and jacuzzi, plus 2 further double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one with doors to the balcony.

Tropical villa. This luxurious tropical space has a vaulted natural timber ceiling in the main living room, plus marble floors and a show stopping open staircase. Stand out features include the pool and waterfall, spacious bedrooms and hotel-worthy bathrooms. The covered patio areas are great for relaxing out of the sunshine, while the garden and pool areas provide plenty of opportunities for kids to have fun. Cancellation policy
Villa payment is non-refundable. In the event of a hardship cancellation, Sea Horse Ranch reserves the right to make an exception. In such cases the renter may defer the rental for no more than 1 year, based on availability and rate of the same villa. In addition to the host’s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.

Sea Horse Ranch has been in existence since 1990. The Puerto Plata airport opened for business in 1985 and it has taken all these 30 years for the area to mature into what it is today. Sea Horse Ranch is conveniently located 10 km from the Puerto Plata airport between the towns of Sosua and Cabarete. Cabarete is only 8 minutes down the coast and is an endless source of entertainment most notably water sports and many waterfront restaurants. We have a vibrant community with 117 built homes, all unique and attractive in their design. 37% of homeowners reside here permanently; it is a thriving community all year round. We have homeowners from around the world as Cabarete in general is an international destination, with the main foreign language being English. We have 40% North Americans, 33% Europeans, and 17% Dominicans from either Santo Domingo or Santiago who have weekend homes here. The last 9% are from other various parts of the globe. It is a wonderful community to live in or vacation in, where many of the potentially challenging aspects about adjusting to life in the Dominican Republic are taken care of for you.
