An iconic and historic apartment in the heart of Rome, with views of the Trevi Fountain. It sleeps 8. This is a great spot to enjoy some rare outdoor space within the heart of the city: the terrace adjacent to the dining room is embellished with splendid flowering plants and a large pergola with a cozy outdoor sofa. The second upper terrace enjoys views over the rooftops of Rome and overlooks the Quirinale Palace, home of the President of the Italian Republic.

Why Kids Love it

While this apartment doesn’t come with toys or books, the hosts can provide a crib and high chair on request and there’s plenty of space for a larger family to unwind and for teens to have their own privacy. Older kids will enjoy experiencing Vicus Caprarius, the archeological museum around the corner, and the Quirinale gardens are just a few minutes’ walk, where kids can run off some steam. For days out to Villa Borghese park and the city zoo, it’s around 20 minutes by taxi or bus.

Things to Know

Check in: 3pm. Check out: 10am. Cleaning of the bathrooms and bedrooms is included everyday with a change of sheets every 3 days without additional charges unless the guest does not want to receive this service. Ask the host about additional services (for an extra fee) such as cleaning services, a private chef, welcome hamper, pre-stocked fridge, day trips, airport transfers or babysitting. Italian Visitors Tax is payable locally in cash (typically €1-€5 per adult per night).

Explore charming cobblestone streets lined with quaint cafés, trattorias serving up family-friendly Italian cuisine and designer boutiques. The nearest metro station is Barberini (9 minutes’ walk).

Accommodation Details

The property has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all set over 1 floor. The living room is bathed in natural light, with the option of an indoor and outdoor dining area. The adjacent fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for quick breakfasts and snacks (and includes a Nespresso machine). There are 2 separate terraces, one of which has fantastic views over Rome’s rooftops. Three bedrooms have kingsize beds; the fourth room has a double. Bedrooms 1 and 3 also have direct access to balconies with a view of the Trevi Fountain. All bedrooms have their own TV and shower room. Bedroom 2 also has a sofabed for 1 additional guest.

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 12 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 12 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 12 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to make a booking (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of arrival). If you have paid a deposit, the final balance is payable 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Once this has been paid, it is non-refundable.
