This is a great base for history fans, with the Basilica of San Clement and The Colosseum (both around 2000 years old) just a few minutes away. Head to the Imperial Flora and discover historic piazzas constructed between 46BCE and 113AD, or visit the Pantheon and the shopping streets of Piazza di Spagna - you’ll be surrounded by endless cultural activities.

Why Kids Love it

The apartment doesn’t have toys or books for kids, but the hosts can arrange a crib or a highchair on request. You’ll be 5 minutes’ walk from the Parco del Colle Oppio, which has a playground, archeological museum and a skate park, all opposite the Colosseum. And for older kids and teens, there are heaps of different museums to explore, from history to art, fashion and food. For a fun day of sightseeing, ask the host about booking a guided tour of nearby attractions on bikes.

Check in: 2pm. Check out: 11am. You can also enjoy a complimentary breakfast of a hot drink, cold drink and croissant from Bar Iside, a cafe next to the building’s main entrance. Ask the host about additional services (for an extra fee) such as cleaning services, a private chef, welcome hamper, pre-stocked fridge, day trips, airport transfers or babysitting. Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 12 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 12 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 12 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to make a booking (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of arrival). If you have paid a deposit, the final balance is payable 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Once this has been paid, it is non-refundable.
