The apartment doesn’t come with toys or books for kids, but the central location means it’s easy for little ones to get around and see all the exciting family-friendly sights. It’s 4 minutes’ walk from Palazzo delle Esposizioni, a hybrid center offering cinema, cafe, bookshop and 7 minutes’ walk from Quirinale gardens for a quick run-around. With parks, piazzas and art museums around every corner, older kids will love wandering around the city to explore.

Things to Know

Check in: 3pm. Check out: 11am. Cleaning of the bathrooms and bedrooms is included everyday with a change of sheets every 3 days without additional charges unless the guest does not want to receive this service. Ask the host about additional services (for an extra fee) such as cleaning services, a private chef, welcome hamper, pre-stocked fridge, day trips, airport transfers or babysitting. Italian Visitors Tax is payable locally in cash (typically €1-€5 per adult per night).

About the Location

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome, close to Quirinal Hill and the world-famous Santa Maria Maggiore. Roughly equidistant between the iconic Colosseum and the Trevi Fountain and nestled amid the historic streets and stately squares that set Rome aside, it’s hard to beat the phenomenal location of this city-center home. The nearest metro station is Repubblica (6 minutes’ walk).

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, all set over 1 floor. Large windows allow plenty of natural light, so the kitchen-dining area serves as a great setting for a laid-back breakfast, while the living area contains a large work desk and 2 lounge chairs. Along the elegant corridors, there are 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which also house an additional single bed, bringing the total possible guest count to 10. Three of the 4 bedrooms also have a dedicated workspace – perfect should you need to catch up on any work during your stay. One family bathroom has a tub, the rest have showers (two are ensuite).

Payment policy
When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 12 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 12 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 12 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to make a booking (or full payment if booking within 12 weeks of arrival). If you have paid a deposit, the final balance is payable 12 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Once this has been paid, it is non-refundable.
