Perks for the Parents
An updated Provencal villa with a dedicated kids dorm room, private pool and outdoor games. It sleeps 16 + 1. This beautiful property offers complete privacy and enough space for everyone in the family to have their own areas to relax and unwind. Adults can peacefully nap under trees while kids can play board games in the cool house during hot afternoons. The house is divided into 2 parts: the main house with 4 bedrooms on the ground floor will accommodate 8 adults while the children's dormitory upstairs can sleep 4 children. The separate apartment can host an entire family of 4 friends or grandparents, with 1 double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There's also a kitchen and living area with its own terrace, for extra privacy.
Why Kids Love it
The garden is big enough to allow children to play in the garden, set up ball games, have a match of table tennis or on the petanque pitch and splash in the pool. It’s also a short walk from local playgrounds and the children’s dorm room is bright and colorful. A crib, high chair, baby toys and a baby bath can be provided on request. The nearest beach is in Les Saintes Maries de la Mer, capital of the Camargue, 1 hour away.
Things to Know
Minimum stay: 5 nights in low/mid season and 7 days in high season. In high season, bookings must run from Saturday to Saturday. Safety notes: the house is safe and secure: there is an automatic gate with a code and the property is totally fenced. There is only one staircase that leads to the dormitory. The 12 x 5m pool is protected by a roller shutter and an alarm. There is a parking lot for 5 cars and car rental is recommended.
About the Location
The residence is located 3 minutes’ drive from the village of Eyragues in Provence. The village offers plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. The Chateaurenard market (10 minutes’ drive) is a bustling spot to visit on Sundays, while the weekly market in St Rémy on Wednesday mornings is full of delicious local produce. Take a trip to visit Avignon, Arles or Nimes, go for bike rides or walks in the Alpilles or visit the Abbey of Frigolet. You can also follow one of the 2 canals to reach Noves on foot or by bike. Marseille Marignane airport is just under an hour away, as are.Aix en Provence and Marseille, while Avignon and its TGV station are only 25 minutes away.
Accommodation Details
The villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, set over 2 floors. There are 3 queensize guest bedrooms, 1 primary bedroom with a queensize bed and ensuite bathroom, plus the children’s dorm room (sleeping 4). There’s a spacious living room with a fireplace, comfy sofas and a large TV with Netflix. The fully-equipped kitchen leads to a dining room seating 10 and a breakfast bar island for 5. The separate apartment has a double bedroom, plus a double sofabed in the living room, a shower room, kitchen and living area with its own terrace.
Style Notes
Contemporary casual. The house has been furnished with modern pieces and a minimalist, monochrome style. The space is bright and luminous, with lots of natural light. The garden is manicured and full of color, finished with a spacious al fresco dining terrace with a barbecue and grill. We love the sleek and sophisticated black kitchen, the Crittall-style doors and the contemporary gray fireplace.

Saint-Remy-de-Provence, Provence
Artists, sunshine and good living
Twelve miles south of Avignon, this beautiful Provençal village embodies all that is great about the area; art, good living and sunshine. Vincent Van Gogh lived here for a time; it’s also the birthplace of Nostradamus. Explore the Roman ruins nearby after browsing chocolate shops and playing in rivers beside flower-filled meadows.
