This home's central location means you may be able to hear a certain level of noise inside. However, the home is on the fifth floor and both of the bedrooms have very effective soundproofed windows. There is currently construction work taking place in a neighbouring home. One of the buildings is currently being demolished as part of a two-year renovation. About the Location

This home is in an iconic location, just 2 minutes’ walk from Trafalgar Square between Pall Mall and The Mall, which leads down to Buckingham Palace. There are countless attractions within a short stroll, including The National Gallery, Horse Guards Parade, St James’s Park, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus. St James’s Park is a historic district filled with beautiful architecture, traditional shops and frequent parades and events for the royal family and the military. The nearest tube station is Charing Cross (1 minute walk) or you can also catch the river ferry from Embankment Pier (8 minutes’ walk). Heathrow airport is around 1 hour away by car or train.

Accommodation Details

The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the fifth floor. There’s an open plan living/dining room, a separate kitchen and 2 kingsize bedrooms. One of the bathrooms has a shower-over-bathtub; the other has a walk-in shower only. Please note that the fireplace in this home is ornamental. Both of the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, soundproofed windows and air purifiers. There is also an air purifier in the sitting room.

Historic grandeur. Once a members’ club within a Norwegian embassy, this building has been home to everything from important government meetings to those taking shelter during the Blitz. Hefty beams overlook modern upholstery and the oak paneled walls are hung with nature-inspired paintings. When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Applicable to stays up to 60 nights: If guests need to cancel, we refund 50% of the booking value, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of the arrival date, the booking will be non-refundable. Applicable to stays of 60 nights or more: If guests wish to cancel, we refund 50% of the first 60 nights, up to 14 days before the arrival date. Should guests cancel within 14 days of arrival the first 60 booked days are non-refundable. During the stay, guests are able to cancel at any time within 30 days notice; the remaining nights of the stay will be refundable, however, the first 60 days will remain non-refundable. In addition to the hosts policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.
