Why Kids Love it
While this apartment is perhaps not suited to toddlers because of the spiral staircase, for kids old enough to navigate them will find a lovely bedroom with toys, games and books. There is a play kitchen, fluffy teddy and soft giraffe, among other delights. Out and about, the sprawling Aquaboulevard is just 10 minutes away by metro and has 11 giant water slides, 2 wave pools, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, lazy rivers and even its own beach. Air conditioning is available for the summer and the pellet stove is cozy in the winter. There is no TV at this property. The courtyard is a communal space and other residents may use it during your stay. Please note that the home has a security camera, but it will only capture footage if the alarm is activated. A meet and greet, luxury toiletries, towels and linen, a hotel clean and WiFi are all included in your stay. This is a lived-in home so you should expect to find homeowner belongings and personal items.

You’ll be close to Convention metro station, a 3-minute walk. The nearest train station is Vaugirard, about 25 minutes on foot. Get here on Eurostar from London arriving at Gard du Nord or fly to Paris’ main airport Charles de Gaulle CDG (around 1 hour via metro or taxi).

Go up the spiral staircase to the bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a kingsize bed and a view of the street, while the kids’ bedroom has a bunk bed. The family bathroom has a bath tub and built-in shower with a wash basin and washing machine. A separate WC is located further along the hallway. A small communal courtyard has seating.
