This area of town was once the city’s hub for artistic studios and this first-floor apartment pays homage to that local history, with creative flair seen throughout its interiors. Parents who love to cook should also note this apartment’s proximity to the twice-weekly Marché Raspail, thought to be the largest organic market in France.

Why Kids Love it

The kids will love the two children’s bedrooms here, which have a selection of toys and books to explore on arrival. The open plan living space means you can prepare meals and snacks while keeping an eye on the kids, and the bedrooms can sleep up to 4 children comfortably. It’s under 10 minutes’ walk to the Jardin du Luxembourg, which is fantastic for kids, with playgrounds, sports courts and a puppet theater. There’s also an ice cream parlor at the end of the street!

Things to Know

No smoking, pets or parties. The fireplace in the living area is decorative. Underfloor heating is available in the primary bedroom only. Both WCs are separate from the bathrooms. This apartment is located on the first floor and there is no elevator.

About the Location

The apartment is equidistant from Montparnasse and the Jardin du Luxembourg, in the desirable 6th arrondissement. The nearest metro stations are Notre-Dame des Champs and Vavin (both 3 minutes’ walk). Located in the south east of the city, you’ll be less than half an hour’s walk from the Natural History Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral and the popular shopping streets of Saint-Germain.

This first floor apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There’s an open plan living and dining area, with lots of natural light coming from the panoramic windows, leading to the all-white kitchen. The primary suite has a kingsize bed and wrap-around ensuite bathroom, with amazing city views and a large wet room shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and desk, while the third room is ideal for kids, with a single bed and 1 additional single trundle bed. The stylish terrazzo bathroom has a walk-in shower, double basins and the laundry facilities. There’s also 2 additional separate WCs at the entrance and hallway.

Style Notes

When a host accepts your booking, we will automatically charge your card 30% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance if the check in date is more than 6 weeks away. We will send you a balance payment reminder at 6 weeks before check in and you will be required to submit your payment to finalise your reservation. If a host accepts your booking and the check in date is 6 weeks away or less, we will charge your card 100% of the total cost of the stay on acceptance.
Cancellation policy
Full refund (less 3% processing fee) when cancelling at least 5 days before arrival, 50% refund if cancelling less than 5 days before arrival. In addition to the hostU+FFE2s policy which is listed here, all cancellations are subject to a Kid & Coe cancellation fee of 15% of the booking total.
