We are a family of five. My husband, my three daughters and I. We are 100% born and raised parisian in love with what the city has to offer. My husband and I are both designers and we've really put our heart in our appartment's decoration. On a typical saturday morning, we usually hit the local market for fresh fruits and vegetables before meeting some friends for brunch. After nap time we often go see an exhibition or a movie if the weather is not so good or hit the park and go on adventures if the sun is out. We usually come back home late in the afternoon completely exhausted but happy :)

We spent a wonderful long weekend in Paris at the Square de la Tour residence. Fabulously located in the 7th arrondissement with everything on your doorstep, it was a real treat to live like a Parisian in this cozy and well-designed flat on the top floor under the roof. Eva is a great host, very easy to communicate with on WhatsApp and helpfully shared a list of her family's favourite restaurants and attractions. We look forward to be back.

This apartment is wonderful! You truly can't beat the location: around the corner from Rue Cler (perfect for groceries and dining out with kids), 2 blocks from the Metro and best of all: views of the Eiffel Tower. My kids will remember watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle in their pjs forever. The hosts were great easy to communicate with and check in & check out was easy. Inside the apartment we comfortably slept as a family of 7. My kids loved the room with bunk beds. Highly recommend for your family vacations to Paris!

We just returned from a 7 night stay at La Tour Maurbourg. The apartment was a good size for me, my husband, two boys (4 & 7) and grandma. The things I really liked about this apartment were: Location - This apartment is located close Les Invalides and Rue Cler. We were easy walking distance to the metro station, grocery stores, and restaurants. We took the bus to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, and Arc de Triumphe - which was easier than the metro in most cases and less stairs for grandma to climb up and down. Quiet - The apartment is quiet. There's little street noise. One evening I heard the neighbors through the wall of the bedroom, but I used my white noise app to drown it out and didn't notice it any other days. Roomy - There was enough room for each of us to retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Clean - The apartment was clean and well appointed. The stove top and washer dryer were a little tricky to figure out, but once we did, there were no issues. Good for kids - This apartment is good for kids, especially if they are on the younger side. There were plenty of toys to play with at the end of the day. Owner - Communication with the owners was easy! They were always prompt to respond to our questions. We would stay here again!

This place is amazing! Starting with Eva’s kindness. The place was spotless clean and very well located - only a few blocks away from the most touristic places and Rue de Cler which we went to to get groceries every day. It was magical to see Eiffel Tower sparkling every night from the living room. My family had a blast. My oldest boy (5yo) loved the tons of books they had available. We had an amazing week and we hope to get back soon. Thanks Eva!

We adored our stay in Eva and her family's home. It was well equipped for our needs with a 2.5 year old and despite visiting in August with no air con, we were never too warm. It's walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and a metro station making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Despite it being several months since we visited, my son said yesterday "I miss our apartment in Paris!"

We had a wonderful stay at the Square de la Tour Residence. It is a lovely flat, with everything we needed, and located very conveniently. Eva is incredibly responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We really liked being able to cook many of our meals at home, or run out to one of the many nearby bakeries or grocery stores to get something to eat at home. Watching the sparkling lights of the Eiffel Tower out of the children's window became a nightly routine.

We stayed in Paris on Easter holiday, it was fantastic. Location of the apartment is very beautiful, with Tour Eiffel lights from the windows and all facilities in the neighborhood. Kitchen is well furnished. Wonderful and clean home, very appreciate from children were toys, books and carnival clothes. Eva and her husband were so nice and helpful with us, they are able to solve lots of little problems you may have in a holiday with children, and to give you any touristic advice you need. We felt really Parisienne for 10 days!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely, cozy and stylish home. We were delighted to meet Eva and her daughter upon arrival. They showed us around and were remarkably kind and generous. Our toddler son loved the toys and the location was perfect for us. Rue Cler was a few blocks away and one of our favorite spots in the city. You can even see the Eiffel Tower from inside the apartment!

We LOVED staying here! The flat is on a quiet street, around the corner from the metro, a few blocks away from a fabulous market on rue Cler, and walking distance to so much. The apartment was so clean, and it’s such a warm and welcoming place to walk into at the end of the day. We will never forget this vacation, and the apartment was a big part of that! I’ve stayed in many apartment rentals, and this one was the absolute best. Thank you, Eva and family!

We had such a wonderful stay in this Paris apartment and we would love to stay there again in the future. The area is fantastic, close to a metro stop and within walking distance of the Seine, Musee d'Orsay, Louvre, Tour Eiffel, and several excellent bakeries. The apartment is surprisingly spacious for Paris, with a nursery room, master bedroom, and a kids' room with a bunk bed and a nighttime view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment gets plenty of light and has pull-down shades and fans to help combat the summer heat. Eva and Tom are extremely easy to communicate with. This has got to be one of the best family apartment options we've had during our travels, and we're really grateful to have made great memories during our stay.

This apartment is beautiful. We travelled with our three children including a baby. The baby room was perfect, there were lots of baby toys and toys for my older kids including a play kitchen, bath toys and magnatiles. We really felt at home. The dining table was nice and big and the high chair was a life saver. This was also a wonderful location for our Paris holiday. We loved being so close to cafes, fruit stores, French baby/kids clothing stores, cheese, chocolate and icecream stores. The apartment is also close to taxis and the Effiel tower is an easy walk. The Effiel Tower can be easily seen from the living room windows. The bed was also the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on!! The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The hosts were kind and welcoming. We loved every minute of our stay!!

The home was perfect for our family in every way. The neighborhood was incredibly family-friendly and walkable, there were so many toys/books that kept the kids happy, the actual apartment was beautiful and large, and Eva was a gracious and helpful host. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our stay in Paris. We look forward to coming back again.

Great apartment, location and host!! My wife and I have already stayed twice with our 2 kids and planning for a 3rd stay in a few months. Kids feel at home, they love the toys and the view of the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is central yet very quiet, with all shops and restaurants nearby. Rue Cler and Invalides are just 2 blocks away. Eva is a great host and extremely responsive to any requests. Would recommend this place to anyone!

We couldn't have imagined a better home away from home for our Paris vacation. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location close to the Eiffel Tower (which you can actually see peeking above buildings from the bedroom and family room windows of the apartment). It's right in the mix of the city but also on a quiet side street, so you get the best of both worlds, and there are plenty of parks, playgrounds, markets and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The apartment was modern and spacious - the large, open kitchen + family room space made it great for hanging out during the day between activities. Eva was a wonderful hostess and made everything seamless and easy. Thanks for a great trip!

You will not meet a more kind host than Eva. We planned for an extended stay in Paris with our three small children and she was so responsive and helpful. I emailed her approximately 1,000 questions about living in Paris with children and she answered them all. The apartment was spacious and clean with plenty of toys to keep our children entertained. It was ideally located in the 7th, near the champs du mars and a very family-friendly river walk area along the Seine. Rue Cler was also a nice quiet street, very close, which was great for grocery shopping, cafes, and ice cream. This was a family friendly neighborhood and home, with an exceptionally kind host family.

We had a wonderful stay in the appartement. The location is fabulous (you can see the eifeltower from the living room windows!) and our kids loved playing with all the toys. The apartment has a relaxed atmosphere and it is really nice to come home to after a long day of walking in Paris. The only downside was that we would have preferred if the hosts had arranged for a cleaner to clean the appartement before we arrived. The bedrooms were spic & span but the bathroom and kitchen were not. If they do that this is the perfect spot in Paris! We definitely hope to come back some day!

Outstanding! The location of the home is phenomenal. The kids loved staring out the window and watching the Eiffel Tower "glitter" at night. Eva could not have been more helpful, with a to-die for list of enchanting playgrounds that far exceeded those listed in our tour books. Eva even catered to my requests for recommendations on childrens consignment clothing. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning!
